Honghui Coal Mine

Honghui Coal Mine is located in Walnut Mountain Village, Shiqiao Town, Panzhou City, known as the "World Ancient Ginkgo Village" with beautiful scenery. It belongs to Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd. and is the main mine for Zisenyuan Group to implement the "Big Group Strategy". The coal mine was first built in May 2009, underwent joint trial operation in January 2013, and passed the safety facility completion acceptance in July 2014.

The mine extends from Wayaofang Village in the east, Zhiziling Village in the west, Xiaba Village in the south, and Xiaoshuijing Village in the north. The geographical coordinates of the extreme points are: longitude 104 ° 30 ′ 16 "to 104 ° 32 ′ 04" east, latitude 25 ° 31 ′ 16 "to 25 ° 32 ′ 44" north. The mining area has a length of approximately 1.45 km and a width of approximately 2.44 km, with a total area of 3.5857 km2. The coal bearing strata are the Longtan Formation of the Upper Permian, with 11 coal seams that can be mined or partially mined. The coal quality is mainly coking coal, with some being one-third coking coal. The mine has a geological reserve of 68.71 million tons and a recoverable reserve of 32.89 million tons. The designed production capacity is 600000 tons per year, with a service life of 39 years.

The mine adopts inclined shaft development method, with joint arrangement of section stone gates and downward segmented mining. Each section is equipped with machine rail stone gates and return air stone gates to form a production system with the wellbore. The mine is divided into two horizontal mining areas to develop the entire mining field, with a horizontal elevation of+1305m.

The coal preparation plant and the second mining area of the mine are constructed synchronously, with living facilities relying on the mine. The production facilities of the coal preparation plant and the mine are clearly distinguished in terms of their functions and do not interfere with each other. The coal preparation plant has an annual input of 2 million tons of raw coal, using the main process of "non desliming mixed non pressure feeding three product dense medium cyclone coal preparation". The 0.5-0.15mm coal slurry adopts the coal slurry dense medium separation process, and the -0.15mm coal slurry adopts the flotation process. The flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by a filter press, and the tail coal slurry is concentrated by a super concentrator and then recovered by a sedimentation filtration centrifuge and filter press. The washing water is circulated in a closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. In addition, the coal preparation plant adopts large and medium-sized high-efficiency energy-saving equipment, reduces logistics transfer links, adopts reasonable washing processes, and has low electricity consumption, water consumption, and medium consumption, with obvious environmental significance.

According to the requirements of the "Notice of the National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau on Issuing the Measures for Assessment and Grading of Coal Mine Safety Production Standardization (Trial)" and the "Basic Requirements and Scoring Methods for Coal Mine Safety Production Standardization (Trial)", as well as the "Implementation Rules for Assessment and Grading of Coal Mine Safety Production Standardization in Guizhou Province" issued by the Guizhou Provincial Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, coal mines have carried out in-depth work on coal mine safety production standardization. In July 2018, they passed the second level safety production standardization standard acceptance and became a second level safety production standardization mine.

Honghui Coal Mine has a complete production system and safety equipment facilities, a sound organizational structure, and is equipped with full-time "five positions" mine managers, professional engineering and technical personnel in mining, excavation, machinery, transportation, communication, and surveying, as well as special operation personnel in accordance with regulations.
