It is adjacent to the Panzhou Station exit and Hongguo West exit of the Shanghai Kunming Expressway, and is 20 kilometers away from Panzhou High speed Railway Station. It is fast and direct, and 6 kilometers away from Hongguo Railway Station and 2 kilometers away from Shatuo Railway Station. The transportation is very convenient.

The company is the first private enterprise group company established in Panxian County in 2010 by Panzhou Zhongheng Coal Mine to actively adapt to the development trend of coal industry centralization, industrial diversification and safety production automation, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The founder of the company is Mr. Fan Zhongyun, the national labor model, and the current legal person is Fan Pengfei. 1、 Coal industry

The group company is based on the Zhongheng Coal Mine in Panzhou City, strengthening the main responsibility of enterprise safety production and effectively improving the coal mine safety guarantee capability. In June 2014, the company obtained the qualification of a merger and reorganization entity. In accordance with the requirements of various levels of government and industry management departments, the company actively promoted the merger and reorganization work, and acquired 8 pairs of coal mines before and after the merger and reorganization. After the merger and reorganization, four pairs of coal mines were retained, namely: Zhongheng Coal Mine, Honghui Coal Mine, Mangyuan Coal Mine, and Yangchangpo Coal Mine (due to the resources being within the scope of Panjiang Huopu Mine, according to superior arrangements, it was renamed Guizhou Huoshaopu Mine Yangchangpo Coal Industry Co., Ltd. for ease of management).

Based on the development situation and after careful analysis and demonstration, the company invested in the acquisition of three coal mines in Shuicheng District, Chaoyang, Xiangya, and Guixin, from April to June 2022. Chaoyang Coal Mine has been renamed Chaoyang Coal Industry, with a mining license (design capacity) of 450000 tons per year. Guixin Coal Mine and Xiangya Coal Mine are preparing to integrate into Guixin Coal Mine, with a planned and designed production capacity of 900000 tons per year, and the procedures are currently being processed.

Now, after renovation and construction, the annual production capacity of the six coal mines will reach 5 million tons per year. In order to save costs and increase enterprise efficiency, all coal mines under the company are equipped with coal washing plants.

2、 Ecological Culture Tourism Development Project

The "Zisen Qingyuan Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone Project" is a development project approved by the provincial government in 2012, covering an area of over 20 square kilometers and enjoying the benefits of the prosperous mountains and waters of Laoheishan. After completion, the project will integrate Buddhist pilgrimage, leisure vacation, cultural experience, and ecological tourism into an ecological and cultural tourism zone. The area boasts picturesque mountains and clear waters, with a well arranged topography and landforms, making it a tourism resource in the outskirts of Hongguo, Panzhou City. The construction and utilization of the area will greatly facilitate short distance tourism in and around Panzhou City, and will become the most important ecological, cultural, and leisure place in the suburbs of Panzhou City.

3、 Agricultural Red Flower Oil Tea Technology Project

The company invests in and registers Panzhou Jialing Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in planting safflower oil tea and deep processing and refining of oil tea, as well as research and development promotion of "excellent varieties". Purchase over 2.1 million high-quality safflower oil tea seedlings from Tengchong, Yunnan for planting. In order to facilitate replanting, improve survival rate, and establish an oil tea seedling base. Starting from cultivation, through careful management and replanting, the fruit has begun to bear initial benefits. Developing the oil tea industry can increase employment opportunities for local labor and promote socio-economic development.
