Huoshaopu Coal Mine Yangchangpo Well Area
Huoshaopu Coal Mine Yangchangpo Well Area is located in Shengjing Street Office, Panzhou City, Guizhou Province, and is under the jurisdiction of Huoshaopu Coal Mine. Its scope starts from Pingmuqing near the Yang1 geological section in the south and is adjacent to Zimujia Mine Field; North to the F5 fault, bordering the Huoshaopu mine field; Starting from the bottom boundary of the Longtan Formation, a coal bearing formation, in the west, and bounded by the coal seam elevation+1200m level in the east. The well area has a length of about 3.5-4.3km, a slope width of 1.2-1.45km, an area of 5.5829km2, a total geological resource of 58.5848 million tons, an industrial reserve of 51.1456 million tons, and a designed recoverable reserve of 3864.95 tons; Rich in resources, suitable for setting up comprehensive mechanized mining areas.
The mine field river belongs to the the Pearl River water system. The upstream branch of the Nanpan River is a mountain rain source river. Its flow varies greatly with the seasons. In rainy season, mountain torrents and waterfalls fly, the river rises and falls sharply, and the flow in dry season is deep and small. There are no large rivers within the mining area.
Highway 320 passes through the central part of the mining area. Highway 320 stretches 382km east to Guiyang and 266km west to Kunming. The Panxi Branch Line of the Guikun Railway has a Hongguo Station located 2.0km away from the mining center area and a dedicated line leading to the Industrial Square. The Shuibao Railway and Nankun Railway also have branch lines connecting with the Panxi Branch Line, and the newly built Zhensheng Expressway passes through the mining area. The G60 Shanghai Kunming Expressway connects at Hongguo and has two exits, Panzhou and Hongguo North. In addition, the existing roads around the well field are relatively complete, with numerous county and township level roads intersecting vertically and horizontally to form a network. The road network between various townships (towns) and villages has been basically formed, and transportation is very convenient.
The main industrial site in the well area is equipped with a 35kV substation. In terms of communication, Panzhou City has formed a communication network transmitted by optical cables or microwaves, and the communication system has been programmed.
According to the Notice on Issuing the Disposal Plan for Overlapping Mining Rights of Some Local Coal Mines and Large State owned Coal Mines in Pan County issued by the Guizhou Coal Merger and Restructuring Office [2015] No. 36, Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd.'s Xinzhai Coal Mine in Hongguo Town, Chuzitian Coal Mine in Hongguo Town, Yangchangpo Coal Mine in Huopu Town, Lizizi Coal Mine in Huopu Town, and Huoshaopu Coal Mine will adopt mixed ownership to form and integrate a production capacity of 600000 tons per year into Huoshaopu Coal Mine.
The Yangchangpo well area of Huoshaopu Coal Mine is an independent legal entity well area of Huoshaopu Coal Mine. The entire mining area is divided into 5 mining areas, each of which adopts a zoning inclined shaft development method. Each mining area is equipped with a dedicated return air inclined shaft or dedicated return air roadway, as well as a track inclined shaft or track roadway. The Yangchangpo mining area of Huoshaopu coal mine achieves centralized transportation through the 1520 transport roadway and the 12 transport up the mountain, 1830 transport roadway, and main inclined shaft of the first mining area.
According to the requirements of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Supervision (Coal Safety Supervision [2006] No. 54), and considering the generally high gas content and high gas pressure in each coal seam of this mine field, the Yangchangpo well area is strictly designed as a coal and gas outburst mine.
There are a total of 11 coal seams that can be mined within the mining area. Jingtian mainly uses coking coal, with a small amount of lean coal. Coking coal has the characteristics of medium ash, medium sulfur, low phosphorus, low ash melting point, and medium high heat generation, achieving the quality of metallurgical coke coal. It can be used as coking coal blending or gasification coal, and is a good coal for chemical and power industries with broad market prospects.
In 2018, the mining area was fully restored and constructed. Currently, the equipment, living and office spaces, and industrial plazas of various systems in the coal mine have met the production and living needs of the mine, and the safety facilities meet the safety production conditions. While ensuring safety production, coal mines should also strengthen employee safety training, improve their safety quality, and ensure coal mine safety production. With the deepening development of coal mine construction, coal mines will further establish a relatively complete modern management system and work operation mechanism. The overall management level of coal mines will be comprehensively improved, and efforts will be made to create a safe and harmonious first-class enterprise, achieving three harvests of economic benefits, social benefits, and employee benefits.
