Panzhou Mangyuan Coal Mine is affiliated with Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd. The mining area is located in Luchu Village, Xiangshui Town, Panzhou City, 10km away from Xiangshui Town Government, 10km away from Xiangshui (Pannan) Power Plant, and 12km away from Xiaoyugu Railway Station. Located 58km from Hongguo in the central urban area of Panzhou, the Xiangpu Highway passes through the mining area with convenient transportation.
This mine is a fully licensed and legally operated mine, and the legal representative of the coal mine is Fan Jialing.
The coal mine management organization is sound, with the establishment of coal mine party branches, trade unions, safety production management committees, and corresponding supporting departments. Coal mines are equipped with full-time "five positions" mine managers and professional engineering and technical personnel in mining, excavation, machinery, transportation, and communication according to regulations. Equipped with dedicated safety officers, tile inspectors, anti outburst workers, water explorers, blasting workers, electrical fitters, monitoring and control personnel, winch drivers, gas drainage workers, compressed air fan drivers, signal workers and other special workers.
This mine was originally a 300000 ton production mine. With the requirements of national industrial policies, it has been upgraded and expanded to a scale of 900000 tons per year based on the original 300000 tons per year scale. After investment and construction, under the leadership of the company and the careful organization of the coal mine leadership team, as well as the joint efforts of all employees, it obtained the 900000 tons per year mining certificate issued by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Natural Resources on August 12, 2021. The first mining area (450000 tons per year) will enter joint trial operation for acceptance in 2022, and the second mining area is ready for construction.
The industrial reserves of the mine are 131.01 million tons, the recoverable reserves are 49.2388 million tons, the designed production capacity of the mine is 900000 tons per year, and the designed service life is 39 years. The mine has a beautiful and harmonious geographical environment, containing abundant coal resources. The coal mine has established a strong management team and has great potential for future development. The mine focuses on safe and civilized production, ensuring the stability of the mining area, and strives to build a modern mine with an annual output of 900000 tons.
The mining area covers an area of 6.0526km2, with a quasi mining elevation of+1600 to+500m. The main coal bearing strata are the Longtan Formation of the Upper Permian, with a thickness of 236.37m to 299.83m, and a total of 12 main coal seams that can be mined. As of now, the mine has identified 3.963 million tons of developed coal, 596000 tons of prepared coal, and 66000 tons of recovered coal.
The mine will be built and put into operation in phases one and two. The production capacity of the first phase of the mine is 450000 tons per year (covering the first mining area), and the production capacity of the second phase of the mine is 450000 tons per year (covering the second mining area).
The first phase of the project utilizes the original 300000 tons/year system for renovation, while the second phase is a new construction and land acquisition work is currently underway. The first phase of the project (mining area one) is equipped with three shafts, namely: the main inclined shaft (utilization), the east track inclined shaft (utilization), and the east return air inclined shaft (utilization).
The mining industrial square covers an area of 13.52 hectares, with 2 sewage treatment plants, 1 rockery, 1 external vehicle washing tank, and 1 ground water collection pool built; The next step is to build a washing plant with a capacity of 1.2 million tons per year, integrating mining, washing and processing, in order to build a "green mine".
The mining development method is inclined shaft development, with joint arrangement of section stone gates and downward segmented mining. Currently, the mine is equipped with three shafts: main inclined shaft, auxiliary inclined shaft, and return air inclined shaft; The ventilation method is central parallel ventilation and mechanical extraction ventilation. The main and auxiliary inclined shaft transportation equipment adopts winches and belts; The mine has achieved dual circuit power supply and built a 35000 kV substation and an underground central substation. In 2020, it was rated as a second level quality standardization mine and is now striving to move towards the construction of first level quality standardization.
Mangyuan Coal Mine has been carrying out employee safety education and training, job training, and skill competitions as planned for a long time.
