The company is carrying out a major rectification campaign for work style

In order to deeply learn from the lessons of coal mine safety production accidents in recent years and thoroughly rectify the prominent problems in the ideological understanding, work style, and responsibility implementation of the company's management personnel. In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Energy Bureau of Panzhou City on Issuing the Work Plan for the Comprehensive Rectification of the City's Energy System Work Style" (Panzhou Energy Tong Zi [2023] No. 157), Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd. has formulated a work plan for the comprehensive rectification of work style to ensure its solid implementation.

The main contents of the work plan for the major rectification of work style are:

1、 Guiding ideology: Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on comprehensively governing the Party strictly, improving work style, and ensuring safety in production.

2、 Organizational leadership: To ensure the effectiveness of the work style rectification, a leadership group for the company's work style rectification has been established. The leadership group has set up an office in the Office of the Deputy General Manager of Safety. Comrade Qu Jiabi, the Deputy General Manager of Safety, also serves as the Director of the Office, responsible for supervising and guiding the company to carry out the work style rectification, coordinating and solving problems that arise during the work, timely scheduling the progress of the work style rectification, and coordinating and promoting various tasks of the work style rectification.

3、 Rectification purpose and target tasks: By focusing on rectifying prominent issues such as bottom line violations, floating work styles, and suspended responsibilities, we will continue to promote a new style of integrity, hard work, and determination, cultivate a pragmatic, responsible, fast, and efficient work style, promote the implementation and refinement of major decisions and deployments at all levels, and ensure a clean and upright work style for the company's safety production. We will focus on addressing a number of prominent issues related to inadequate ideological understanding, work style, and responsibility implementation through simultaneous investigation and improvement, implementation and rectification, and addressing both the symptoms and root causes. Always maintain a positive and proactive spirit, as well as a pragmatic and honest work style; Seriously fulfill the main responsibilities of the company, strictly implement the "five in place" requirements, promote the formation of a work pattern where each person performs their duties, fulfills their responsibilities, and implements them layer by layer, achieve the goal of a major change in work style, a significant improvement in ability level, and a significant improvement in work quality, and effectively provide solid disciplinary guarantees and excellent work style support for the high-quality development and stable improvement of the company's safety production situation.

The company's party committee carries out special party class activities

According to the requirements of the company's "Notice on Issuing the Work Plan for the Rectification of Work Style of Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd." (Company Document No. (2023) 86), on January 19th, the company's party committee organized all party members of the company's five party branches to carry out a special party class activity in the conference room on the fourth floor of Zhongheng Coal Mine. The purpose was to further enhance the party spirit and cultivation of party members and cadres, establish firm ideals and beliefs, strengthen discipline awareness, and effectively consolidate the role of grassroots party building as a fortress.

Under the leadership of Guo Jianfa, a member of the company's party committee, new party members took the oath of joining the party, and all party members reviewed the oath of joining the party.

The general manager of the company, Chen Hua, gave a special lecture on the company's safety, production, and various work in 2024, which gave all party members a comprehensive understanding of the company's development situation. Specific requirements and arrangements have been put forward for the large-scale rectification of work style. An analysis was conducted on the problems of party members in private enterprises, and it was proposed to fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of party members in enterprise management work, starting from the following five aspects: firstly, to achieve lofty ideals and firm beliefs. Secretary Yang Yinming visited our company for research

On January 20th, Yang Yinming, Deputy Secretary of the Liupanshui Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Panzhou Municipal Party Committee, visited Zhongheng Coal Mine of Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd. for a discussion and conducted research and supervision on related work. The Vice Mayor's Charter of Panzhou Municipal Government and relevant department heads participated in the research. Our company's Chairman Fan Pengfei, General Manager Chen Hua, and Zhongheng Coal Mine Manager Li Jianyou participated in the research.

At the symposium, Yang Yinming carefully listened to the reports from our company's Chairman Fan Pengfei, General Manager Chen Hua, and Zhongheng Coal Mine Manager Li Jianyou on coal mine safety production management, implementation of the "dual day" work, and enterprise development ideas. He emphasized that coal mine safety is the top priority of safety production work in Panzhou. All relevant departments in the city, especially coal mining enterprises, should fully recognize the extreme importance and urgency of doing a good job in coal mine safety production, constantly tighten the string of safety production, coordinate the management of major disasters such as gas, roof, and fire prevention, continuously consolidate the grassroots foundation of coal mine safety, and resolutely prevent major accidents from occurring. We must solidly carry out the "dual day" work, firmly grasp the key points of the work, improve and perfect the "dual day" system and mechanism in coal mines, strengthen safety prevention, regulate the safety behavior of employees, implement responsibilities and measures to every facility and equipment, every link, every personnel, and every system, and effectively improve safety control capabilities.
