(4) We will vigorously oppose the "three violations" and increase the investigation and punishment of "three violations" personnel. Factories and mines should increase training and training for "three violations" personnel, improve their safety awareness from a ideological perspective, and enhance the self-protection and mutual protection of employees. (5) Focus on the control of key links, key periods, key projects, key faces, and key populations in different periods. Strengthen the management of mechanical and electrical transportation equipment, and all units should further strengthen the management of mechanical and electrical equipment, maintain and upkeep the equipment according to regulations, organize planned and preventive maintenance work, and improve the equipment's start-up rate and efficiency. Each unit shall formulate a mechanical and electrical transportation management system with the mechanical and electrical mine manager of each mine as the main body. 4. We should focus on process management and work efficiency management. Each mine should improve the mechanization level of mining, excavation, excavation, and repair work faces. Based on the actual situation, we should reasonably select mechanical equipment to improve the mechanization level, reduce the labor intensity of employees, effectively improve work efficiency, enhance the yield per unit, and ensure the stability of the workforce and normal mining continuity. 5. Strengthen coal quality management, focus on strengthening source control, improve washing efficiency, effectively control washing costs and transportation costs of gangue. Each coal washing plant should focus on sorting work and develop projects that require separate packaging and transportation. 6. Strengthen the management of the use of equipment, materials, and accessories, control investment, and increase the timely recovery, repair, and reuse of materials, equipment, and accessories reused underground for adjustment and use. Reduce investment in new equipment and clean up ground inventory. 7. Strengthen technical management to achieve timely and effective guidance for production. One is to optimize the design scheme and conduct a careful comparison of technical information to ensure that the technical scheme is scientific and reasonable. The second is to optimize the existing tunnel system and implement recycling and closure for ineffective systems, making them safer, simpler, more reliable, and easier to manage. 8. Intensify efforts to improve equipment level and effectively enhance work efficiency. The existing single suspension rail should be used well, and the next step is to gradually use it when conditions permit, to solve the problem of heavy physical labor for personnel transporting materials, and to address efficiency and safety issues. 9. Strengthen the continuity of mining operations, attach great importance to the rational adjustment of production layout, ensure the normal continuity of mining operations, achieve uniform production, and ensure the sustained and stable economic operation of the company. 10. Strengthen team building and effectively improve the ability of team safety control. Ensure the implementation of employee training. Supervise and guide the daily team to carry out safety work arrangements for pre shift meetings and the implementation of confirmation of employee safety status during pre shift meetings. Supervise and ensure the implementation of on-site handover hazard investigation organized by the team leader of the small class. Implement the assessment methods for team building effectively. 11. The work of mandatory inspections must be strengthened, and those who fail twice in a row must be reassigned. 4. Each mine participating in the company's safety production office meeting must prepare written report materials in advance to facilitate the company's research and problem-solving. 5. Honghui Coal Mine needs to strengthen the management of mechanical and electrical transportation to ensure safe production in the coal mine. 6. The excavation work of Mangyuan Coal Mine is carried out according to the company's arrangement. 7. Chaoyang Coal Industry must complete the installation of the mining face and deliver coal on time before June 2023. 8. The Yangchangpo well area should effectively carry out safety management work. 9. The engineering department should focus on project management and cost control, and implement a lump sum system. 10. The cost control work of the company and various mines should be constantly grasped and persevered. 11. Team building must be carefully carried out, with a focus on quality standardization, laying a solid foundation for safe production. 12. The work of various departments in the company should keep up and be supervised and inspected thoroughly.
