We are currently in the stage of self-examination and self correction, with August to November being the stage of industry management department supervision and inspection, and December being the stage of summary and evaluation. 3. The coal mines affiliated with the company should continue to conscientiously carry out the anti - "three violations" work, and at the same time, the company's safety supervision department and production department should do a good job in supervising and inspecting the anti - "three violations" work. Continue to increase efforts in cracking down on illegal activities and violations. Production operations strictly prohibited by the government and administrative departments must not be violated, and must not touch the bottom line and red line of safety production.

(1) Strengthen gas control and outburst prevention management to ensure safe production in coal mines. The director of the "Fire Prevention and Gas Control Engineering Technology Research Center" of the company is responsible for carrying out regular dynamic inspections of drilling and extraction standardization, with the cooperation of the prevention department.
(2) Each mine is responsible for gas control and outburst prevention management, with the mine manager personally in charge and the chief engineer fully cooperating. Efforts are made to standardize the quality of drilling, hole sealing, and extraction, effectively improving the concentration of single holes and main drainage, ensuring that gas control is in place, and ensuring safe production.
(3) Each mine should appoint a dedicated quality standardization supervision administrator for drilling and extraction, responsible for daily on-site spot checks, supervision, guidance, and control of drilling and extraction quality, ensuring that the refined management of drilling and extraction is implemented on site, and reporting the waste holes and prominent problems found during daily inspections to the company's "Fire Prevention and Gas Control Engineering Technology Research Center" and the Communication and Prevention Department.

2. Each mine must strengthen gas management to prevent gas exceeding limits caused by inadequate on-site management or human factors.
(1) Each mine should strengthen the training of team leaders, tile inspectors, and employees, enhance the awareness of the importance of gas control and management among all staff, mobilize all employees to pay high attention to gas control and management work, and gradually form a cultural atmosphere of full participation in gas control and management.
(2) Each mine should attach great importance to the management of the roof at the mining and roadway repair sites, in order to prevent the occurrence of gas overload accidents caused by wall caving and roof leakage. Due to inadequate management and failure to take measures in advance, if there is a collapse or roof leakage at the mining face and alley repair site, resulting in gas exceeding the limit, the responsibility of the mine manager, deputy production manager, deputy production general manager, deputy production district manager, and on-site team leader will be held accountable.
(3) Each mine should strengthen daily power supply safety management to prevent gas exceedance caused by power supply failures. If gas exceeds the limit due to inadequate power supply management within the scope of this mine, resulting in wind and power outages, relevant personnel such as the deputy mine manager, deputy general manager, and mine manager will be held responsible.
(4) Strengthen the management of local ventilation fans to prevent them from malfunctioning and causing gas exceedance.
(5) Strengthen the daily management of monitoring and surveillance systems and probes to prevent gas exceedance caused by malfunctions in the monitoring and surveillance systems and probes.
(6) Strengthen the on-site management of monitoring probes for normal movement of coal mining faces, and prevent gas exceeding limits caused by human factors during the normal movement of probes by tile inspectors.
(7) The chief engineer or deputy chief engineer of each mine shall organize daily gas analysis work, promptly analyze any abnormalities found, identify the cause, and organize handling.
(8) It is strictly prohibited for anyone to falsify the monitoring system and monitoring probes, causing distortion of uploaded data and leading to misjudgment of safety status and potential safety hazards, resulting in accidents.
3. Each coal mine, with the mine manager as the overall person in charge, is fully responsible for organizing and implementing safety production standardization work. It is necessary to have high standards and strict requirements to ensure dynamic compliance. Each mine should conscientiously carry out the "Four Ones" (one head, one line, one post) standardization project. 4. Strengthen business management and effectively control costs.
(1) The management office of the group company and Jialing Industry and Trade Company should increase their dynamic management of material warehousing, inventory, and outbound of various units to prevent excessive inventory buildup.
(2) Organized by the operating office of the group company, with the participation of various mining operating offices, dynamic spot checks and supervision management of the implementation of daily salary assessment management methods will be carried out, and problems will be promptly addressed.
(3) Each unit should strengthen the control and management of sub item costs, and achieve reasonable investment.
(4) Each unit should strengthen plan management and report material plans reasonably based on production plans and inventory.
(5) Jialing Industry and Trade Company should control the overall quantity of material procurement based on the inventory and reported material plan of each unit, and achieve reasonable procurement.
(6) The main responsible persons of each unit should organize the implementation of salary assessment management methods and strictly control unreasonable expenditures.
5. Each unit of the company needs to further revise and improve the relevant systems, and complete them before June 20th.
