The general manager of the company, Li Wen, made an administrative work report titled "Recognizing the Situation, Clarifying Goals, Unifying Thoughts, Working Together to Create a New Development Situation for Zisenyuan Group and Fully Achieving the 2022 Goals and Tasks".

The report carefully reviews and summarizes the work of 2021, and the work arrangement for 2022 is as follows:

1、 Guiding ideology.  

2、 Main target tasks for 2022. Production plan: 2.286 million tons. 2. Excavation footage: The planned excavation footage is 30150m. Operating profit: Strive for a significant increase on the basis of 2021. Safety objectives: To prevent serious injuries and above accidents, eliminate major near miss accidents, reduce minor injury accidents, achieve zero work-related injuries in ground units, strive for zero gas exceedance, standardize mine safety production to no less than level two, and strive for level one. Environmental protection goals: Pollution sources such as exhaust gas, wastewater, and waste residue are discharged in compliance with standards. Greening, beautification, and lighting projects are comprehensively promoted to achieve green and environmentally friendly production and prevent environmental incidents from occurring. Employee income: Strive for stability with an upward trend.

3、 To ensure the achievement of various safety production and operation goals in 2022, it is necessary to focus on nine aspects of work: 1. Effectively enhance safety responsibility awareness, hold the bottom line of safety and environmental protection, adhere to clean and green development, and resolutely carry out safety and environmental protection work. 2.
