Thirdly, strengthen management work: 1. Strict measures should be taken to deal with personnel who violate the "three violations". 2. Strictly deploy the work within the scope of responsibility. 3. Strengthen the training and management of technical personnel, who should work pragmatically and write regulations and measures that are in line with reality. 4. The training work for special occupations should be strengthened, and the training of professional personnel should be done well. 5. Strengthen the safety of personnel walking and driving, and implement measures for material preparation and transportation.
