On February 16th, the company's leadership held a special meeting to study the opinions and suggestions put forward by the staff representatives of the 2nd and 3rd Workers' Congress, and to identify responsible persons and timelines. After the special meeting was held, on February 17th, the company issued a notice on the response to the rationalization suggestions put forward by representatives of the company's second and third employee representative conferences (Company Document No. [2022] 20), requiring all relevant units and responsible persons to seriously rectify the rationalization suggestions, and requesting employee representatives to supervise their implementation.

In the morning, the opening ceremony of the comprehensive mechanized excavation class 1 was held in the classroom on the 5th floor of the office building of Zhongheng Coal Mine. At noon, the opening ceremony of the comprehensive mechanized excavation class 2 was held in the classroom on the 4th floor of Honghui Coal Mine Training Center. In the afternoon, the opening ceremony of the mining electromechanical class was held in the training classroom on the 4th floor of Mangyuan Coal Mine. Qu Jiabi, Deputy General Manager of Safety at Zisenyuan Group Company, Li Panjiang, Director of Training Center, Tang Shiwei, Vice President of Panjiang Senior Technical School, and Yang Lu, Teacher, all participated in the opening ceremony of these three classes. 160 students from various mines (including 54 from Zhongheng Coal Mine, 50 from Honghui Coal Mine, 49 from Mangyuan Coal Mine, and 7 from Yangchangpojing District), mine managers, and main leaders in charge of this training attended the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Qu Jiabi, Deputy General Manager of Safety of Zisenyuan Group Company, leaders of various mines, student representatives, Yang Lu, representative of Panjiang Senior Technical School teachers, Vice President Tang Shiwei, and others spoke one by one.
Tang Shiwei, Vice President of Panjiang Senior Technical School, introduced the development process of Panjiang Senior Technical School, and made requirements for the training courses for academic upgrading and discipline during the learning period. He said he hopes that the students who participate in the education enhancement training can complete the study of coal mine safety production laws and regulations, mining machinery and other professional knowledge in their spare time in the next two years. By then, they will pass the graduation assessment and obtain the graduation certificate and corresponding vocational skills certificate of Panjiang Advanced Technical School.
