The measures to connect the locations must be strictly implemented, with a focus on measurement management and adjustment of the ventilation system. 7. The analysis of the ventilation system should be recorded and any existing problems should be promptly rectified. Timely rectify the situation of inadequate gas control. Ventilation system: The construction of the 1500 mining face in Zhongheng Coal Mine should be in place, and the installation of gas pipes should be in place. 8. Carry out ground inspections in the mining area and clarify the situation within the mining area. 9. Honghui Coal Mine and Mangyuan Coal Mine carefully sorted out all the materials for acceptance.

7、 Executive Vice General Manager Shi Minghua summarized the production situation in February and planned and arranged the production for March. Propose the following requirements: 1. It is strictly prohibited to close the door. Strengthen the management of the two lanes and the management of crossing points, and assign responsible persons by numbering. Strengthen water hazard prevention and control, and drill carefully. Strengthen the blasting and mining work face of Yangchangpo, strengthen roof management, and strictly prohibit subcontracting. 4. The communication and defense department, as well as the chief engineers of each mine, must clearly define the measures, systems, and responsibilities for the "one communication and three defenses" and assign responsible persons. Strengthen gas drainage and strictly prohibit falsification in drilling. To prevent accidental coal mining when crossing faults, it is necessary to carry out pre exploration work. Dust cleaning work needs to be strengthened. 5. Strengthen and improve transportation work, especially management during installation and recycling. 6. Pay attention to safety management in abnormal situations, such as the safety of the conveyor belt head, horizontal sliding, and handling of lifting sheds. 7. Strengthen the management of pyrotechnic devices, enhance the management of entry and exit, and on-site management, especially during the "Two Sessions" period, which is more sensitive. 8. Carry out ground safety work, strengthen the safety, ground fire prevention, and inspection of clean coal tanks in two coal washing plants. 9. Do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, minimize contact with outsiders, and try to avoid contact as much as possible. 10. Strengthen the training and education of newly hired employees, and ensure that there is no shortage of 72 hours of pre job training time.

(1) The management of the roof and floor of Zhongheng Coal Mine is of paramount importance; (2) The installation work of Honghui Coal Mine 808 needs to be well prepared in the early stage, and Jialing Industry and Trade needs to ensure the supply of materials, ensure that the installation of the mining face is completed on schedule, and the coal is discharged on time; (3) Contracting and subcontracting are strictly prohibited in the Yangchangpo well area. The company's production department needs to investigate the situation and strengthen the management of the roof and floor. 5. The environmental protection work of each mine should be highly valued, and the treatment of waste engine oil in each mine should be done well. Each mine should ensure that there is an environmental protection person in charge. 6. In terms of production, Zhongheng Coal Mine needs to find ways to produce more coal and create benefits. Honghui Coal Mine is ensuring normal coal production.
