The monitoring probe must be checked on the ground first to prevent false alarms after entering the well, and the monitoring line must be hung according to requirements. 3. Mechanical and electrical personnel must carefully inspect electrical equipment to ensure its integrity, and all production departments of the company must conduct strict inspections. 4. Strictly implement the system of pedestrians not driving and pedestrians not allowed to drive, strengthen the safety management of inclined slopes, strictly prohibit speeding during work, and strengthen standing guard to intercept people. 5. Strengthen the management of artillery fire and strictly implement the "three person chain system". 6. In terms of water prevention and control, the sheep farm slope must strictly implement the system of exploring and releasing water. 7. The upper and lower exits of each coal mining face in Kaibang must be equipped with complete gangue blocking facilities to prevent gangue from injuring people. 8. On the morning of August 29th, following a notice from the Energy Bureau of Liupanshui City, the province will soon organize a special supervision team to conduct special inspections on the situation of people entering and leaving wells in various places. The focus will be on the issue of unclear numbers of people entering and leaving wells, such as personnel positioning systems, distribution of mining lamps, and discrepancies in the wellhead inspection records. Those with serious circumstances will be strictly enforced and reported throughout the province. All units should comprehensively dispatch and strengthen supervision to ensure that no errors are made during inspections.

The company and its various units must recognize their respective safety responsibilities, and all departments of the company should do a good job in safety supervision. 3. Immediately carry out on-site safety control work. In terms of "one communication and three prevention", the communication and prevention department shall make a list of responsible persons and measures taken; In terms of water hazard prevention and control, Chief Engineer Zhu Zengxiao led the Geological Survey Department and Production Department to list the list and responsible persons for water hazard prevention and control; In terms of roof management, list the responsible persons and measures for each location; In terms of mechanical and electrical transportation management, the mechanical and electrical department of the company and the mechanical and electrical mine managers of each unit are responsible for the protection of inclined shaft lifting transportation, strong belts, machine heads and tails, and the management of mechanical and electrical explosions on various anti outburst surfaces. A list and responsible persons are listed and implemented according to the system; In terms of blasting management, from receiving to transportation and on-site management, strictly follow the various regulations for blasting; Ensure the distribution of personnel positioning systems and mining lamps, and strengthen various work such as well inspection. 4. Each mine should archive the materials inspected by the company and higher-level departments for future reference. 5. Strictly crack down on the "three violations", strengthen the governance of hidden dangers, and not be lenient towards the "three violations" personnel. They must be dealt with seriously. 6. Managers at all levels should have a clear mind and not give unauthorized commands or take risks. Strengthen fire prevention and extinguishing work, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the ground and underground by each unit. 7. The company and all on duty personnel must strictly abide by their positions and are strictly prohibited from being idle or leaving their posts.

Seriously implement the spirit of the superior safety meeting, learn from the lessons of accidents, and strictly strengthen management as roof accidents have occurred frequently this year. 2. Carefully investigate potential hazards, and the company and all units should promptly carry out hazard rectification. 3. Strengthen labor discipline, management personnel and employees must strictly abide by the company's labor discipline, and special circumstances require leave. 4. Implement responsibilities at all levels, punish those who violate the "three violations", and strictly prohibit favoritism. The management of personnel at all levels must be in place and fulfill their responsibilities well. 5. The signing and management of contracts shall be carried out in accordance with the company's management system, and the director of the business office, Chen Hua, shall ensure strict control.
