After listening to the report, Li Hengchao affirmed the work of Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd. in safety production, gas control and other aspects. He emphasized that in accordance with the requirements of the "30 to 50" gas control work of the Provincial Administration of Work Safety, we must comprehensively complete the three-year action goals and tasks of the special rectification of safety production, do a good job in gas prevention and control, and ensure safety production.

On September 7th, Wang Li, Chairman of the Liupanshui Municipal Political Consultative Conference, led relevant department heads of the CPPCC to conduct research at Zisenyuan Group Company, accompanied by Jin Liangwu, Chairman of the Panzhou Municipal Political Consultative Conference. The research was conducted in the conference room on the seventh floor of the group company in the form of a symposium, with members of the team including the company's general manager Li Wen and deputy general manager of safety Qu Jiabi in attendance.

On September 14th, Li Gang, the Secretary of the Liupanshui Municipal Party Committee, visited our company to supervise and inspect coal mine construction and safety production work. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on safety production, coordinate development and safety, adhere to the principle of putting people first and life first, do a good job in rectifying the feedback problems of the State Council Safety Committee's special supervision and assistance group, promote the standardization and upgrading of mine safety production, ensure the safety production of coal mines and stable supply of electricity coal, consolidate the good trend of high-quality development of the city's coal industry, make more contributions to the high-quality development of the province's economy and society, and welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions. Yang Yinming, Deputy Secretary of the Liupanshui Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Panzhou Municipal Committee, and Huang Jiazhong, Standing Committee Member and Secretary General of the Liupanshui Municipal Committee, participated in the supervision and inspection.

During the supervision and inspection, Secretary Li Gang emphasized that coal is a strategic pillar industry of Liupanshui, and coal mine construction and safety production should be highly valued. We should make every effort to provide coordinated services and factor guarantees, solve the difficulties and problems faced by coal mining enterprises, promote the high-quality development of the city's coal industry, and provide more solid support for stable energy supply and the city's economic and social development. We must deeply learn from our lessons, conscientiously implement the 15 measures for safety production, carry out the special action of "cracking down on illegal and irregular activities", severely crack down on and investigate illegal and irregular behaviors, concealment, false reporting, and fraud in coal mines, resolutely implement the rectification of various safety hazards and problems, and effectively prevent and contain accidents through high-quality rectification of hidden problems. We need to strengthen the main responsibility of coal mining enterprises, improve the safety production responsibility system and institutional mechanisms, strictly implement the system of five job mine managers leading shifts underground, improve the safety awareness and professional quality of coal miners through effective training, continuously consolidate the foundation of coal mine safety production, and promote the stable and positive situation of coal mine safety production in the city.

The company conducts emergency environmental incident drills

During the drill, from the staff discovering the leakage of waste engine oil to the company's emergency rescue team carrying out on-site disposal, the entire process was clearly divided and quickly determined. The rescue personnel quickly identified the source of the waste engine oil leakage, promptly and properly recovered the leaked waste engine oil, and disposed of the contaminated emergency disposal materials.

Through drills, the safety and environmental management work in the centralized storage and disposal of hazardous waste has been strengthened, and the safety and environmental awareness, emergency response speed, and emergency rescue ability of management personnel and employees at all levels have been tested.

Carry out the first stage of inspection and feedback on the rectification of problems through a "retrospective review"

On September 15th to 16th, the Mining Supervision and Assistance Group (Anhui Group) of the State Council Work Safety Committee conducted a "retrospective review" of the rectification of problems in the first stage inspection of our company's Honghui Coal Mine, and carefully inspected the rectification of problems in the mine.

On September 19th, the Mining Supervision and Assistance Group (Anhui Group) of the State Council Safety Committee provided feedback on the inspection results and made suggestions to Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd.

Our Chairman Fan Pengfei, members of the company's leadership team, and members of the Honghui Coal Mine leadership team attended the meeting. Regarding the suggestions put forward by the Mining Supervision and Assistance Group (Anhui Group) of the State Council Work Safety Committee, Chairman Fan Pengfei and the person in charge of the mine stated that they will strictly follow the inspection results and suggestions feedback from the Mining Supervision and Assistance Group (Anhui Group) of the State Council Work Safety Committee, and timely and conscientiously carry out rectification and implementation.
