Vice General Manager Shi Minghua answered the questions raised by various units that the company needs to solve. He reported on the safety production situation of the company and various mines in December, pointed out the gaps and deficiencies in the work, and issued the production plan for the company and various mines in January 2021.

He proposed that the focus of the work in January 2021 is to achieve a mechanization rate of 100%, increase the yield per unit, and eliminate blasting excavation. 2. Increase the investment and use of intelligence, and reduce the number of underground personnel to the required number in Document No. 38. 3. Each coal mine should strengthen safety training and management, reduce work-related injuries by 50% compared to last month, and eliminate special work-related injuries. 10. Strengthen the standardization construction of safety production and welcome inspections from superiors. Standardization should ensure that it reaches level two or above. 11. The construction of Honghui Coal Washing Plant is striving to be completed ahead of schedule according to the company's requirements.

Managers at all levels should raise their awareness and implement the scientific development concept into their work. 3. Managers at all levels should be brave enough to take responsibility, turn pressure into motivation, lead the majority of employees to work hard, and achieve good and rapid development of the company. 4. Strengthen the sense of safety responsibility, eliminate negative thoughts, eliminate special work-related injuries, and increase employee safety skills training through various forms to enhance safety awareness. 5. Overcome the difficulties of insufficient personnel and facilities in the company's training center, and conscientiously carry out training for all employees. 4. Actively carry out the work of intelligent mining, forecast Honghui Coal Mine and Yangchangpo Well District as provincial-level, and all coal mines should change their thinking and not stay at the old mindset. Guizhou Province is the only province that rewards and compensates for intelligence, and we must make good use of the various policies from our superiors. 6. Continue to carry out special rectification work for three years, enter the rectification stage in 2021, and close in 2022 for acceptance. 7. Initiate cost and benefit assessments, and all mines should eliminate rough management models.

We must resolutely follow the principle of "zero exceeding the limit" to carry out gas control. 2. The various management systems in 2021 need to be supplemented and improved. 3. Strengthen the prevention and control of floods. 4. The work of work-related injury management needs to be further strengthened. It is necessary to carefully study and analyze the causes of accidents, come up with solutions, strengthen pre shift education for employees, and provide safety training and education for employees after injury. 5.
