Each unit reported on the safety production, quality standardization, business situation, and deficiencies in their work in January 2021, raised issues that need to be addressed to the company, and arranged the work plan for February 2021.
Zhao Xingben, Deputy General Manager of Safety, reported on the safety production situation of the company and various mines in January, pointing out the gaps and deficiencies in safety work. He proposed the requirements for safety work in February 2021, which are: 1. In terms of safety, we should learn from the lessons of accidents, strengthen employees' independent security, mechanical and electrical transportation management, and roof management. 2. Strengthen the standardization of safety production, reinforce General Secretary Xi Jinping's "two fundamentals", strengthen the "six re" emphasized by Vice Mayor Zou Lihong of Panzhou City, and implement the main responsibility of coal mine safety production. 3. Zhongheng Coal Mine (1) Strengthen the management of 115-101 connectivity, enhance gas and roof management; (2) 115-101: Conduct ahead of schedule inspections to eliminate outbursts and ensure proper gas drainage; (3) 11204, hurry up and use the drilling rig to ensure gas extraction from the borehole; (4) Carry out gas extraction through drilling in the 12001 mining face coal seam; (5) Strengthen roof management and strictly prohibit empty roof support; (6) Strengthen the gas control of 1303. 4. Honghui Coal Mine (1) is responsible for managing the roof of the 708 retreat and the roof of the newly installed mining face; (2) Strengthen the transportation management of large items during withdrawal. 5. Ensure the safety protection of the ground of Zhongheng Coal Washing Plant.
Chief Engineer Zhu Zengxiao requires: 1. Risk classification and control work, led by the chief engineers of each mine, should be re evaluated in the form of a table and reported before February 5th. 2. Strengthen the collection of geological materials in each mine. 3. Each mine should conduct a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of gas breakthrough. Focus on six special actions. 4. Each coal mine will conduct a comprehensive investigation on water prevention and control work, and complete it before February 5th. 5. Zhongheng Coal Mine has sorted out the ventilation system and implemented relevant projects as soon as possible. 6. Strengthen the gas control of Zhongheng Coal Mine 115-101. 7. Seriously implement the spirit of the safety meeting held in Panzhou City on January 26th, and provide timely feedback and reporting. 8. Before March, professional title evaluation work should be carried out, and each mine should arrange a dedicated person to be responsible for it.

4、 Vice General Manager of Production Shi Minghua reported on the production situation of the company and various mines in January, and issued a production plan for February. Requirement: 1. Zhongheng Coal Mine (1) should actively organize the installation of the 11204 mining face, meet the installation conditions before February 15th, and rectify the hidden dangers before the installation of the mining face; (2) Efforts should be made to excavate the 12301 return airway, and the inclined shaft for return air renovation should be opened as soon as possible to solve the 1400 return air problem; (3) Pay attention to gas control during transportation of 11204, 115-101, and 12001; (4) Seriously ensure the quality of the project. 2. Honghui Coal Mine (1) Carry out various tasks related to the installation of the mining face; (2) Carefully organize the excavation work of the second mining area roadway; (3) Prepare 2 sets of comprehensive excavators according to the work requirements of 703 and 708. 3. Mangyuan Coal Mine is conscientiously carrying out gas control and promoting it in an orderly manner. 4. (1) Organize the installation of various systems in an orderly manner in the Yangchangpo well area; (2) Prepare for the standardization of secondary quality.

Strengthen various work during the Spring Festival period, and conscientiously ensure the stability and safety of the workforce in accordance with requirements. 2. In consideration of the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the location of the coal mine does not organize large-scale conferences to offer condolences to the 65 year old elderly in the surrounding area. Each mine arranges 5 households to visit and offer condolences, while other elderly people are distributed separately by the mine. 4. Suggest organizing small-scale cultural and sports activities in coal mines. 5. The work of the Workers' Congress and various materials have been basically prepared, but according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Panzhou City, the time of the Workers' Congress will be notified separately based on the situation of epidemic prevention and control.

6、 Chief Financial Officer Peng Xianglai requested: 1. Strengthen the management of network systems. 2. The salary plan will implement a goal oriented assessment system this year. The assessment documents will be issued for implementation after being approved by the company.

He put forward the following requirements for the work in 2021: 1. Hold a serious safety production office meeting every month and promptly solve the problems that exist in safety production. 2、 Regarding the work reported by each mine and the arrangements made by company leaders, the key is to solve problems. Currently, we need to focus on the following tasks. 1. The construction of Honghui Second Mining Area and Yangchangpo Well Area should undergo joint trial operation as soon as possible. Strengthen the gas control of Zhongheng Coal Mine. 2. Strengthen the management of the roof and enhance the management of the upper and lower exits of the mining face. 3. Strengthen risk classification and control, hidden danger investigation, three-year action plan, "two lists" and other related work. 4. Do a good job in data management, achieve a combination of form and content, unify standards, and unify boxes. 5. Strengthen safety management. Currently, the on-site safety knowledge of employees is insufficient. Managers from various units should lead by example, provide on-site training, and enhance training on necessary knowledge and skills. 6. At present, the quality standardization work has low standards, low requirements, and no established responsibility system. It needs to be gradually improved. 3、 1. Implement superior documents effectively, with complete records and requirements. 2. All tasks for 2021 should be arranged and implemented early. 3. Vice Mayor Zou Lihong's "Six Re" requirements must be mastered by management personnel. 4. 8、 Vice Chairman and Director of the Supervision Commission, Gao Yongxiong, put forward the following requirements: 1. The arrangement of various work in the safety production meeting should be based on reality, unify thinking, implement responsibilities, and achieve results. 2. The work plan of the Supervision Commission in 2021 will partially revise the original system, which will be divided into seven aspects and more than 80 items. The inspection will be conducted in the form of a list, and the key is to implement the system.

In 2021, we need to be more proactive in all aspects of our work, break bad habits from the past, and ensure that what we can accomplish today is not delayed until tomorrow or overnight. Vice Chairman Gao Yongxiong is responsible for supervising all the work on the ground of the second mining area of Honghui Coal Mine, and must ensure to move forward. The supervisory commission should carefully inspect the phenomenon of disobeying orders and continuing prohibitions, and management should not be afraid of offending people.
