1、 Production plan. 1. Zhongheng Coal Mine has completed the washing of 500000 tons of clean coal, and Honghui Coal Mine has completed the washing of 600000 tons of clean coal. The Yangchangpo well area has completed 500000 tons of raw coal, and the Mangyuan coal mine has completed 150000 tons of raw coal. 2. Excavation footage: The planned excavation footage is 29126m (9700m in Zhongheng, 11220m in Honghui, 4006m in Mangyuan, and 4200m in Yangchangpo), of which the excavation footage is 11517m (3360m in Zhongheng, 3580m in Honghui, 2509m in Mangyuan, and 2068m in Yangchangpo). 3. Progress of Technical Renovation and Infrastructure Projects: The second mining area of Honghui Coal Mine was completed and put into operation in August 2021, and the Honghui Coal Washing Plant began trial operation in mid March 2021; Yangchangpojing District passed the safety facility and equipment acceptance in April 2021; The second level development extension project of Zhongheng Coal Mine has completed 3360m of shaft and roadway engineering, 3580m of Honghui, 2509m of shaft and roadway engineering in Mangyuan Coal Mine, and 2068m of Yangchangpo shaft area. 4. Gas extraction volume: estimated gas extraction volume of 17.4 million cubic meters; 5. Power generation: Gas power generation of 25.4 million kWh, utilization rate of 64.9%; 6. Cost control: The company's operating costs have decreased by 20% year-on-year. 7. Safety objective: To prevent accidents with serious injuries or above, effectively control accidents with minor injuries, and strive to achieve "zero" gas exceedance.

2、 Guiding ideology.   Based on our own reality, we must establish and implement the new development concept, adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, focus on improving the quality and efficiency of development, take transformational development and fine management as the main line, strengthen party building as the guarantee, work together, take multiple measures, closely monitor and catch up with the new goals, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in all work.
