In order to increase the number of rescue team members and enhance the emergency response capabilities for mining emergencies, Guizhou Zisenyuan Investment Co., Ltd. conducted an open recruitment of rescue team members in early July 2021.

This selection is based on the principles of fairness, openness, and impartiality. Participants will be jointly supervised and selected based on their overall performance.

The company held a business analysis meeting

The mine managers and business office directors of the company gave speeches on the production and operation situation of their respective units in June.

Chen Hua, the director of the company's management office, summarized the production and operation work in June and put forward specific requirements for the production and operation work in July.

Chairman Fan Pengfei visited Honghui Coal Mine for research and guidance

On July 16th, Chairman Fan Pengfei visited the second mining area of Honghui Coal Mine and Honghui Coal Washing Plant for research, to understand the progress of the project and various work situations, and to coordinate the supply of funds and materials on site. He requested relevant units and responsible personnel to ensure quality and quantity, complete all work in the second mining area of Honghui Coal Mine and Honghui Coal Washing Plant according to requirements, and ensure timely and normal production.

According to the "2021 Guizhou Province Plan for Promoting Open and Democratic Management of Factory Affairs" (Qianchang Kailianbanzi (2021) No. 1), the Provincial Joint Conference on Open and Democratic Management of Factory Affairs has arranged to conduct research and inspection on democratic management of enterprises and institutions in July.

The company held a team leader symposium

To further strengthen the democratic management of the company, enhance the enthusiasm of grassroots employees to participate in political discussions, concentrate the wisdom and strength of the majority of employees, and create a relaxed and proactive participation mechanism. On July 26th, the company held a symposium for some of its coal mine team leaders in the conference room on the 7th floor, carefully listening to the opinions and suggestions of grassroots team leaders on various aspects of the company's safety production, salary distribution, material management, and waste recycling.

The company's chairman Fan Pengfei, general manager Li Wen, party secretary (and union chairman) Li Qunduo, and finance director (and personnel department head) Peng Xiang attended the symposium.

The company organized employees to participate in the Liupanshui City Employee Skills Competition

From July 26th to 29th, the 2021 Workers' Vocational Skills Competition (Coal Industry) in Liupanshui City was held at Guizhou Panjiang Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.

The theme of this competition is "Enhancing Skills Competition, Supporting Industrial Breakthroughs", with a total of 27 teams participating and 223 contestants from the coal industry in Liupanshui City. The competition lasts for 3 days and is divided into theoretical and practical aspects. The competition involves six types of professions: comprehensive mining maintenance fitter, comprehensive mining maintenance electrician, hydraulic support maintenance worker, comprehensive excavation driver, mine rescue and rescue, and tile inspection worker. The actual operation competition of each profession will be conducted for 4 to 9 rounds. The winners will be determined through theoretical exams and practical competitions, and will be rewarded with bonuses and awarded the titles of "Liangdu Craftsman", "Liupanshui City Technical Expert", and "Liangdu Gold Medal Worker".

Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd. organized 17 employees to participate in the skill competition for 6 job types in this event. After fierce competition, the company won the "Excellent Organizational Unit" award, Mo Qingpeng (Zhongheng Coal Mine) won the Excellent Award for Comprehensive Mining Maintenance Fitter Group, and Tang Yi (Honghui Coal Mine) won the Excellent Award for Tile Inspection Group.
