The company held a safety themed meeting

On September 3rd, the company held a safety themed meeting on the seventh floor, attended by the safety mine managers, safety department heads, and safety vice presidents of various coal mines. The meeting was chaired by Qu Jiabi, the head of the company's safety supervision department.

Each mine safety manager shall report on how to identify safety risks in the underground mining face of the mine and the control measures taken, and make communication and speeches.

Zhao Xingben, the Deputy General Manager of Safety at the company, acknowledged the risk identification and control measures reported by each mine. Require all units to conscientiously implement and study the document issued by Panzhou Prefecture [2021] No. 36, and require all mines to develop plans and organize their implementation. Reorganize the "three accounts" and "two lists" of the three-year campaign, update those that were not previously available, and promptly supplement any new problems discovered. Submit the six-month action plan for each mine to the company's Safety Supervision Department before September 10th, and the Safety Supervision Department will prepare the company's action plan for the six months leading up to March 1st, 2022. The following requirements are proposed for future work: 1. At the company level, problems should be identified and targeted, and at the same time, coal mines should also identify problems and strictly carry out safety inspections in September. 2. Coal mines should fulfill their main responsibilities, improve standards, strictly implement, and conscientiously study the spirit of the national video conference on mining safety production held on August 25th and the video conference on "electronic seals" held on August 28th. 3. Coal mines need to implement precise policies to ensure the improvement of engineering quality, and ensure that risk identification and rectification measures are in place. Those who cause accidents due to inadequate control will be held accountable. 4. The safety mine manager should communicate with the production mine manager, coordinate the handling of conflicts between safety and production processes, and prioritize safety, especially in Zhongheng Coal Mine and Yangchangpo Well area. 5. Seriously focus on gas control, roof management, and power supply safety management in the second half of the year. 6. Closed loop management should be carried out for the technology and safety hazards of mining operation points to improve the operational skills of employees. Conduct comprehensive safety risk identification for mining operation sites, develop effective control measures, and ensure safety production in the second half of the year. 7. The team leader should fulfill their responsibilities effectively, raise standards, and if they don't implement them well, they will change their mindset. 8. Each mine shall organize a meeting to implement the requirements of today's meeting and report the implementation of the meeting to the Safety Supervision Department. Failure to implement will result in a penalty of 5000 yuan for the safety mine manager.

The Provincial Energy Bureau visited our company to conduct on-site verification of the extension of the safety production license

Carefully sorting out each link, checking for deficiencies and filling in gaps, no coal mine under the company is allowed to exceed gas limits. 6. Safety management work should be undertaken with courage and rationality, and be carried out from a political perspective.

4、 Chief Engineer Zhu Zengxiao put forward the following requirements: 1. Regulations and measures, approval system, and each coal mine should organize learning seriously to enhance everyone's sense of responsibility. If each department approves the supplementary procedures, a fine will be issued directly for punishment. 2. The pre exploration work for water hazard prevention and control cannot be discounted, and the Geological Survey Department will track and implement various tasks. 3. Gas control should be prevented from the details. 4. Emergency duty work needs to be strengthened.

5、 Vice General Manager of Production Shi Minghua pointed out that a change in mindset is necessary to firmly grasp safety work. He requested that all coal mines under the company carefully organize the study of the amendments to the Safety Production Law and the Criminal Law, and provide specific plans for safety operation procedures, gas prevention and control rules, water prevention and control rules, and other related work.
