The company formulates a plan for implementing safety education and promotion

In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Issuing the Plan for Coal Mine Safety Propaganda and Education Activities in Guizhou Province" issued by the Provincial Energy Bureau and the National Mining Safety Supervision Bureau Guizhou Bureau (Qian Energy Coal Safety [2021] No. 111), as well as the forwarding of the notice by the Energy Bureau of Liupanshui City and the Energy Bureau of Panzhou City, the company formulated and issued the "Implementation Plan for Safety Propaganda and Education of Guizhou Zisenyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd." in late November.

To ensure the smooth progress of safety education activities, the company has established a leadership group with the General Manager as the group leader, the Deputy General Manager of Safety and the Party Secretary as deputy group leaders, members of the company's leadership team, and department heads as members. The leadership group has an office located in the company's Safety Supervision Department, responsible for daily work. The document requires each mine to establish a leadership group responsible for safety education and promotion activities within their respective units.

The main content of the safety propaganda and education activities is: 1. Lectures on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on safety production.   2. Discuss policies and regulations. Carry out propaganda and education on coal mine safety production policies and regulations. 3. Implement responsibility. Carry out publicity and education on the implementation of the main responsibility for safety production. 4. Talk about disaster management. Based on the characteristics of disasters in our unit, carry out lectures and training on coal mine disaster management assessment.

The event will start on November 28, 2021 and end at the end of December 2021, divided into three stages: 1. Concentrated preaching stage (November 28 to December 7); 2. Self directed learning stage (December 8th to December 17th); 3. Summary, improvement, and supervision stage (December 18th to December 27th). The main audience for the presentation includes the company's chairman, general manager, department heads, coal mine leaders, mine managers, chief engineers, safety production management personnel, and team leaders.

The company has put forward the following requirements for safety education activities: 1. Strengthen organizational leadership. 2. Emphasize the effectiveness of preaching. 3. Collect, organize, and submit information effectively. 4. Strengthen the promotion of team building. 5. Pay attention to epidemic prevention and control, strictly abide by epidemic prevention and control policies and requirements.

The company carries out safety propaganda and education activities

On November 28th, the company organized a safety education campaign, which was attended by the chairman Fan Pengfei, the chairman of the supervisory board Fan Bin, members of the company's leadership team, the company's party committee, labor union, and department heads, as well as coal mine managers, chief engineers, safety mine managers, labor union chairpersons, and leaders of Zhongheng Coal Washing Plant and Honghui Coal Washing Plant. The event was hosted by Zhao Xingben, Deputy General Manager of Safety.

Panzhou Energy Bureau inspects Yangchangpo Coal Mine

Shi Yongchun, the head of Yangchangpo Well District, said that he would like to thank the relevant leaders of Panzhou City for their concern and guidance to Yangchangpo Well District of Zisenyuan Group. Through the inspection by the superior, he learned about his own problems. In the next step, the coal mine will further strengthen the training and learning of new workers, and timely improve the gaps and deficiencies found in this inspection.

Each unit shall report the situation of employee safety education and training in 2021, and report to the company the difficulties encountered in safety education and training and the problems that need the company's help to solve.

The Minister of Safety Supervision, Qu Jiabi, reported on the safety education carried out by various coal mines under the company since the beginning of this year, the summary of work-related injuries and the number of work-related injuries in each mine from January to November, and the comparison data with the work-related injury situation in the same period last year. Put forward relevant requirements for safety education and training.

The selection and evaluation results of the Cheng Measure Competition have been announced. Our company's Honghui Coal Mine's Jiang Xingheng won the third prize in ventilation and extraction, Honghui Coal Mine's He Jinghui won the third prize in geological surveying, and Yangchangpojing District's Yang Yunqiang won the third prize in mechanical and electrical transportation.

The "Panjiang Cup" Coal Mine Youth Technical Personnel Safety Technical Regulations and Measures Competition in Liupanshui City received a total of 310 entries (including 11 entries from students of Liupanshui Normal University), and 60 entries won first, second, and third prizes in five majors including coal mining technology, shaft and roadway engineering, geological surveying, ventilation and extraction, and mechanical and electrical transportation.
